In this DJI Goggles review we have a number of video guides published by DJI and a real life review by a youtuber.
2017 saw DJI release the “Goggles”, but these are not just plain old FPV (First-person view) style googles that only show a video out-put from a video card on a drone, these are fully system integrated HD super duper FPV goggles and by system integrated we really mean system integrated.
The DJI Goggles enable the user to access nearly all the intelligent flight control features that the drone possesses via touch pad on the side of the device. The user will be able to change flight modes whilst in flight without the need to take off the goggles. They also have the ability to link up with other sets to enable other types of flight modes.
How to fly using DJI Goggles.
DJI Goggles Intelligent Flight Modes.
Once connected to your DJI Mavic Pro or DJI Phantom 4 Pro the DJI FPV Goggles will be able to access all your DJI Intelligent Flight Modes. If you’re using the DJI Goggles with the Mavic pro you’ll also have access to Cinematic mode and Fixed Wing mode. Please note that these two extra mode are only aviliable on the DJI Mavic Pro and NOT Phantom & Inspire range though DJI do hint that they may be supported soon.
Here a DJI Goggles guide from DJI Support.
Remember that the record settings in the goggles will over ride what was set via the app
